AC Crowdfunding

Dear SATTC Members and Supporters,

We hope this message finds you well and enjoying your time at the San Antonio Table Tennis Club. As many of you may know, our beloved club has been facing a significant challenge: one of our air conditioning units has broken and is beyond repair due to its age.

To continue providing a comfortable environment for all our members, players, and visitors, we urgently need to replace this AC unit. The cost of a new, energy-efficient unit is $4,500, a sum that our club currently cannot cover on its own.

Why is this AC replacement so important?

  1. Enhanced Comfort: A new AC unit will ensure that our playing area remains cool and comfortable, especially during the hot Texas summers. This will allow everyone to enjoy their games and practice sessions without the discomfort of excessive heat.
  2. Energy Efficiency: The new unit will be significantly more energy-efficient, leading to reduced electricity usage and lower CPS bills. This not only helps the environment but also saves money in the long run, which can be reinvested into improving our club facilities. Modern systems can be remotely controlled, allowing us to maintain optimal temperature levels more effectively and efficiently.

For all the gifts in a value of $250 or more, SATTC Foundation will provide 501(c)(3) donation receipt which will allow you to claim the donation as a tax deduction.
